Some of these tips are legitimate and some of them aren’t. Growing long and healthy hair doesn’t have to been really hard but it does take knowing some of the insider secrets that the professionals use to give their clients extremely healthy and long strong hair follicles.
I get asked all the time about how to make hair grow faster and how to make the strands thicker. Well, I got asked enough times that I finally decided to do some research of my own to find out if the tips I was giving people were real or if they were fake.
